This page is about inspectph.com — the website you are reading now. It is short because the site does very little: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no sign-up form.
If you are a member of staff at an organisation that uses InspectPH, or your establishment was inspected by one, different documents apply to you. They are linked at the bottom of this page.

What this website collects
Nothing, unless you contact us
There is no analytics script, no advertising tag, no social media pixel and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. We do not know who visits this site, which pages you read, or where you came from.
Server logs kept by our host
The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, it records technical information about requests — including your IP address, the time, and your browser's user agent — in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you and we do not combine them with anything else.
If you email or call us
If you get in touch about InspectPH, we keep what you send us: your name, your office or organisation, the contact details you used, and what you asked about. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation — for example, so that a colleague can pick it up if you call back and we are not at the desk.
We do not sell this to anyone, we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we do not share it outside XYPES Technologies except where a law or a lawful order requires it.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. If you ask us to delete it and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your rights under the Data Privacy Act
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) gives you rights over personal information about you. Those include the right to be informed, to access what we hold, to have it corrected, to object to how it is used, to have it erased or blocked in the circumstances the law allows, to data portability, and to be indemnified for damage caused by inaccurate or unlawfully obtained information.
To exercise any of them in relation to this website or to an enquiry you sent us, email or call us using the details above and tell us what you want done. We will respond, and if we cannot do what you have asked we will explain why.
You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission, and you do not need our permission or agreement to do so.
Documents for the platform itself
This notice does not cover what happens inside the InspectPH platform. When an organisation uses InspectPH to run inspections, that organisation decides what is collected and why — under the Data Privacy Act it is the Personal Information Controller, and XYPES Technologies acts as its Personal Information Processor. That holds whether the organisation is a government office or a private company; the Act does not distinguish. The documents that govern the relationship live with the platform:
- All InspectPH legal documents — the policy, the terms, the processing agreement and the rest
- Platform privacy policy — for staff, and for people whose establishment was inspected
- Make a data subject request — a public form; you do not need an account to use it
Changes to this notice
If we change what this website does — for example by adding an enquiry form — we will change this page before the change goes live, not afterwards.
